SHIPPING POLICY

At Freedom Flair, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with clear information on how and when you can expect to receive your order.

Shipping Times
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.

Domestic Shipping: Once your order is processed, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days.

Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for standard domestic orders. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@freedomflair.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 20 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Certain items, such as sale items and custom-made products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact info@freedomflair.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Additional Information
Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
Original Packaging: Please ensure that returns are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@freedomflair.com with your order number and photos of the item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
